So many women say the same thing to me:

“I just don’t feel confident anymore.”

But here’s what I’ve learned after years of working with women over 40:

Confidence isn’t something you lose.

It’s something you forget.

Life has a way of layering things on top of it.

Responsibility.

Expectations.

Comparison.

Self-doubt.

And slowly, that confident, vibrant woman you once felt like becomes quieter… less visible… harder to access.

But she’s still there.

She’s in the way you’ve overcome challenges.

She’s in the strength it took to keep going when things were hard.

She’s in the wisdom you carry now that you didn’t have before.

Confidence isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.

And sometimes, all it takes is one experience to remind you.

One moment where you feel powerful again.

One moment where you feel beautiful again.

One moment where you look at yourself and think…

“There she is.”

Because once you see her again, you can’t unsee her.

And from that point forward, everything changes.

You walk differently.

You show up differently.

You believe differently.

Confidence isn’t something outside of you.

It’s already yours.

You just have to remember.
